- We ship to addresses within Australia as standard.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for wheels due to size and carrier restrictions (small accessories may qualify—contact us to confirm).
- Business/commercial addresses are welcome and often preferred for freight delivery.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- Small orders ( single wheel, center caps, or accessories): Shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or similar carriers.
- Standard wheel orders (sets of 4 or individual forged rims): Shipped as freight via trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx Freight, R+L Carriers, Old Dominion, or regional LTL (less-than-truckload) services for safe, palletized delivery. Wheels are double-boxed or strapped together in pairs for protection during transit.
- Signature requirement: Most freight shipments require a signature upon delivery (adult 18+). Arrange for someone to be available or provide delivery instructions.
- We pack all wheels securely with protective foam, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes/pallets to minimize transit damage.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders ( full sets of 4 wheels or packages over a certain value)—check product pages, cart, or checkout for eligibility.
- Standard shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight/dimensions
- Shipping destination (ZIP code)
- Carrier rates
- Any promotions
- Freight surcharges may apply for remote/rural areas, lift-gate service (if no loading dock), residential delivery, or oversized/heavy items.
- We aim to provide accurate estimates at checkout. If actual costs differ significantly (rare), we will contact you before processing.
- Taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in shipping charges (added where applicable).
- For Google Merchant Center compliance: We overestimate shipping costs when exact rates can’t be pre-calculated; final charges are shown transparently at checkout.
4. Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment clearance. Custom or backordered items may take longer—check product page or contact us.
- Estimated delivery times (from shipment):
- Australia: 3–7 business days for standard ground/freight
- Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high demand—we are not liable for these.
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships. Track directly with the carrier using the number we send.
5. Delivery Responsibilities
- Provide a valid, accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or extra fees from incorrect addresses (reship fees may apply).
- Inspect your package upon arrival: Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and report to us immediately (within 48 hours) for claims.
- Risk of loss/damage passes to you once the carrier takes possession. We file claims on your behalf for transit damage if reported promptly.
- Professional installation recommended—wheels are safety-critical parts.

- Lift-gate, inside delivery, or white-glove service: Available for an extra fee—request at checkout or email us.
- Expedited shipping (e.g., 2-day air for small items): Available on request with additional costs.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged: Contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery with tracking details and photos.
