2. Products and Orders

  • All products are genuine BBS wheels, hand-curated for authenticity, fitment, and quality. Descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary slightly due to manufacturing or photography.
  • Orders are offers to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or reject any order ( due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).
  • Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, duties, or customs fees (added at checkout where applicable). Prices may change without notice.
  • Availability is not guaranteed—contact us for current stock.
  • By placing an order, you represent that payment information is accurate and you are authorized to use it.

3. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Full payment is required before order processing/shipment.
  • You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the provided method. We do not store full card details—processed securely by third-party providers.
  • All charges are final unless covered under our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship nationwide in the United States (with special handling for New York City/local customers). International shipping may be available—contact us.
  • Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout and depend on carrier, location, and order size. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. Title passes upon full payment.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for address corrections.
  • Inspect packages upon delivery—report damage immediately (see Refund and Returns Policy).

5. Refund and Returns

Our separate Refund and Returns Policy (linked on the Site and compliant with Google Merchant Center standards) governs returns, exchanges, refunds, and buyer’s remorse. It is incorporated herein by reference. Key points:

  • 30-day return window for eligible items.
  • Wheels must be unused, in original condition (no mounting/use).
  • Change-of-mind returns may incur restocking fees and customer-paid return shipping.
  • Defective/damaged/our-error cases covered fully.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Products are sold “as described” with no additional warranties beyond any manufacturer (BBS) warranty. We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Wheels are performance/safety-critical automotive parts—professional installation, balancing, and torqueing are required. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss from improper use, installation, or maintenance.
  • The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite BBS Rims, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or business interruption) arising from use of the Site, products, or services—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product photos, trademarks like BBS) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
